2agame Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 2agame platform, accessible at 2agame.im, and all services provided through it — including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, crash games, jackpot games, and any promotional offers. By registering an account on 2agame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of 2agame, including players who access the platform from Pakistan. If at any point you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform and should close your account. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 2agame. Where a specific game or promotion has its own supplementary rules, those rules apply in addition to these Terms and take precedence in the event of a direct conflict.

To register and use 2agame, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal, recreational use.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, a business, or any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 2agame or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by 2agame or any company directly associated with the platform, and you are not an immediate family member of such a person.
• Your use of the platform is consistent with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 2agame, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be asked to provide your mobile number, a password, and basic personal details. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

One account per player. Each person is entitled to register exactly one account on 2agame. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended, and any balances or winnings across those accounts will be voided.

Account security. You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 2agame support immediately at [email protected]. 2agame is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder shared or inadequately protected their login details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any point at our discretion, 2agame may request identity verification documents. These typically include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. This process is required for compliance and player protection — it protects you from someone else withdrawing your funds. We aim to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

All deposits on 2agame are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits are credited to your 2agame balance as soon as payment confirmation is received from the provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. 2agame does not charge any deposit fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

You may only deposit funds using a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits from accounts in another person's name are not permitted and will be reversed. 2agame reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Deposits made to 2agame are for gaming purposes only. Funds deposited may not be used as a method of transferring money or storing value unrelated to gameplay. Any attempt to deposit without genuine intent to play may be treated as a violation of these Terms and reported to relevant authorities.

Winnings from real-money play on 2agame are credited to your PKR balance immediately after a game round or bet settles. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the cashier section of your account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method that matches your verified identity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money balance (deposits and wins from non-bonus play) is always freely withdrawable.

Standard processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 4 hours during business days. VIP Platinum members receive priority queue processing. VIP Diamond and Royal tier members receive instant withdrawal processing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For withdrawals exceeding Rs 500,000, 2agame conducts an enhanced verification review. This is standard practice for large payouts and is designed to protect both the player and the platform. The review is typically completed within 4 hours during business hours. Winnings from progressive jackpots follow a separate payout schedule — players are informed of the timeline at the time of the win.

From time to time, 2agame offers promotional bonuses — including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Welcome Bonus. New players who register on 2agame and make their first qualifying deposit receive a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 10,000, plus 100 free spins on selected slots. The bonus is credited automatically within minutes of the qualifying deposit clearing. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30× the bonus amount. This must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, or the bonus and any winnings from it are voided.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the balance is eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly for each bonus on the promotions page. Bets placed on different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering completion:

Bonus abuse. 2agame reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including coordinated multi-account claiming, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or other patterns that indicate exploitative rather than recreational use of the promotion system.

All casino games, slots, live casino tables, and crash games available on 2agame are provided by licensed third-party game developers. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by eCOGRA or an equivalent internationally recognised testing laboratory.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is externally verified and cannot be modified by 2agame. You can view the RTP for any game by clicking the information icon within the game interface. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session or a defined number of spins.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round may be declared void and your stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. 2agame is not liable for payouts arising from a demonstrable game error, software fault, or pricing error, even if these were displayed to you during gameplay.

The 2agame sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting on cricket (including PSL, international T20s, ODIs and Test matches), football, tennis, and other sports. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation. A bet is only valid once confirmed in writing on screen and appearing in your bet history. Verbal or implied bets are not accepted.
• Odds changes. Odds on pre-match markets may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is submitted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play betting. Ball-by-ball markets during cricket matches are updated in real time. 2agame reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice — for example, during a rain delay or a review. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid.
• Void bets. A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, if it does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, or if there is a demonstrable pricing error on the market.
• Maximum winnings. Maximum single-event winnings are Rs 5,000,000 per event per account. Winnings above this threshold require approval before payout. Accumulator bets carry a combined maximum payout limit of Rs 10,000,000.

Suspicious or irregular betting patterns — including, but not limited to, late in-play betting that suggests access to match information not available to the general public — may result in bets being voided and accounts being reviewed for potential breach of these Terms.

2agame is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gambling environment. We believe that most people who play on our platform do so for entertainment, and we want it to stay that way. The following tools are available free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that apply immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks — receive a pop-up notification at set intervals showing how long you have been playing and your net position for that session.
• Cooling-off period — take a break of 24 hours to 6 weeks during which your account is locked for betting and deposit activity.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from 2agame for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for the chosen duration.

2agame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Evidence of multiple account operation
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for purposes other than recreational gaming
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any technical exploit
• Chargebacks on deposits without legitimate grounds

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Any real-money balance in a suspended account is held securely during the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account is reinstated and the balance remains intact. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in proportion to the severity of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are voided on account closure.

2agame collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

If you disagree with a material amendment and do not wish to accept the revised Terms, you may close your account before the effective date. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method in full.

Minor changes — such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without individual notification. The date shown at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
